Our team have been part of the fabric of the UK real estate market for decades.  We consider deliverability to be the cornerstone of our market-leading reputation.

We are well-versed in structuring and executing deals which are structured as the acquisition of the issued share capital of the SPV which owns the asset, which often results in significant financial savings for both the vendor and purchaser.  We are equally familiar with “vanilla” property acquisitions. 

Our in-house transaction management team ensure that deals are managed seamlessly and key milestones are met within agreed timescales. 

We are solutions-orientated and proactively seek to overcome problems which may arise during the due diligence process.  Our external advisors are leaders in their respective fields and provide commercial “can do” advice to ensure any issues which may arise are navigated appropriately.

Track Record

Deal Requirements

Our team are well-connected to key players in the real estate industry but we always welcome new connections and opportunities.

We invest in sound commercial real estate assets which meet the following criteria:

  • excellent commercial real estate fundamentals (i.e. asset quality, location, tenant credit strength (where applicable) and scarcity of supply);
  • ticket sizes between GBP 15,000,000 and GBP 100,000,000 (with exceptions on a case-by-case basis); and
  • generally sector agnostic but with preference for regional offices, ‘alternatives’ such as student accommodation, and select well-located retail (with exceptions on a case-by-case basis if supported by a compelling story).

In addition, assets with superior environmental accreditations and/or which play a key role in the local economy share particular synergies with our ethical and Islamic investor base.
